Hello

After starting my career in the financial and corporate fields, I moved into the NGO sector in 2001. I spent most of that time managing a non-profit in JHB where I experienced the impact of absent fathers daily. Despite the invaluable experience I picked up in hands-on involvement with communities and the NGO sector, my passion for the fatherless grew stronger and stronger.

I founded The Character Company in 2013 and believe that only through intentional MENtorship and establishing a culture of MENtorship in South Africa will we be able to change the current culture of violence, corruption, and abuse.

I am passionate about Jesus and MENtorship.
