Camps with The Character Company

Camping offers an experience that no “app” will ever give you. It is part of our MENtorship offering to the boys on our program, and an effective way to build strong relationships. It gives us the opportunity to spend anywhere from 2 to 5 consecutive days in the lives of the boys. We get to experience their worlds and all the happiness, heartbreak and challenges that comes with it. It also gives us an opportunity to expose the boys to various activities through which they can learn and grow. It is a time for fun, adventure, bonding and learning; a time for reinforcing values, breaking barriers, and an opportunity to step out of our comfort zones.

 

We do several weekend and school holiday camps throughout the year. Each camp is age group specific and has its own theme. Camps are run with great precision and follows a detailed program to ensure we don’t miss out on being intentional. Every camp provides the boys with an opportunity to build good, strong character in a safe environment with the guidance and support of MENtors. The value of outdoor adventures should never be underestimated. Whether it is hiking, swimming, sitting around a campfire or stargazing; active adventures have health and developmental benefits.
